It also describes the PSYOP planning procedures, the employment of forces, and the intelligence and logistics support operations for PSYOP. FM 3-05.30 provides the authoritative foundation for PSYOP doctrine, training, leader development, organizational design, materiel acquisition, and Soldier systems. It is not intended exclusively for the PSYOP community; rather, it is intended to a large degree for supported commanders, regardless of Service, at all levels and their operations officers who will be supported by, and supervise, PSYOP personnel.
