Lacing System: Dual Zone Boa

The Dual BOA lacing system allows you to independently tighten the upper and lower zones of your boot for a dialled in custom fit. Get in and out of your boots in record time, and make adjustments on the fly without needing to step out of your bindings.

Liner: Forma Pro Liner

The Forma Pro Liner has been built from the ground up. This unique liner is made from memory foam which rapidly adjusts your foot shape straight out of the box, and minimises wearing-in, so it'll feel the same from day 1, to day 100.

Important: This liner moulds to your foot with use and cannot be heat moulded.

EPDM Tongue

Cushioned memory foam design provides enhanced comfort and supportive fit. 

Shell: Single Frame Shell

Union's patented Single Frame Shell is an industry first, and is the key part in Unions streamlined boot assembly process. Lightweight, super durable, waterproof pebax material provides a reactive flex pattern while snowboarding, and maintains its performance over the boots lifetime. This new technology offers superior durability and longer-lasting performance compared to traditional snowboard boot construction.

The shell has been made with a consistent flex pattern that maintains performance throughout its lifetime. 

Anatomical Ankle Shape

The shell has a moulded ergonomic design around the ankle for a performance fit and secure heel hold.

Lightweight Pebax Material

Using Pebax for the single frame shell enhances durability, reduces weight, and helps to protect against water ingress. The Pebax shell has a streamlined design that reduces glue use while enhancing durability.

The Contact 3D formed Dual Density Ortholite footbed delivers a combination of performance and comfort unlike any other footbed. Ortholite foam compresses less than 5% over the lifetime of the product, so the cushioning, fit, comfort, and performance never change.

Unions Rebound Bushing system adds an additional layer of lightweight cushioning under your heels and toes, helping to reduce vibrations and absorb heavy impacts while riding. This unique layer of foam paired with a Phylon EVA midsole helps to reduce foot fatigue, and doesn't lose its shape or performance over time.

X-Grip Outsole

The X-Grip Outsole is made with durable high-performance natural rubber and provides excellent grip on snow and ice. This design features minimal thickness for increased board feel and riding performance without sacrificing grip.
