The Up and Away youth NASA Jacket is lighter-weight than our Youth Space Shuttle Jacket, and focuses on NASA-specific fans. The jacket features two embroidered patches, the NASA meatball logo and the American flag, and thus allows those who buy the jacket to add their own patches if they wish. It comes in a brilliant shade of navy blue with a bright orange lining and is made of coated heavyweight 100% nylon. The jacket has 50% less poly-fill than our other youth flight jackets and can be worn in milder temperatures. It is also water-repellent. Up and Away's Youth NASA Jacket has front slash pockets with color-coated snaps instead of flaps, and shiny silver zippers and pullers to enhance the overall look.
